DEAR READER

A big Míle Buíochas to all the staff of Scoil Chaitríona Junior who succeeded in creating the best environment of teaching and learning through an all inclusive, child - centred curriculum.

Learning about the heart with Ms. Lavery, Mr Faherty and Ms McCaul
Visiting the Aquarium and Ballyloughaun with Ms McLoughlin and Ms Ferguson
Taking part in the Lego League with Mr Carleton and Ms Connolly
Visits from 'The Bug Doctor'; the farm animals and .......Wolly, Molly and Dina.
These are just some of the things pupils and teachers got up to during the year.

Scoil Chaitrona Junior not only focuses on Literacy and Numeracy but also on the aesthetic, physical, social, personal and spiritual development of its pupils.

Well done to all the staff and have a well deserved summer break.

Thank you to Scoil Chaitríona Junior Parents' Association for their support during the year.
Pupils enjoyed learning yard games from their mams and playing together in the school yard.
We especially enjoyed the coffee mornings and we look forward to their continued support next year.

The school garden got a huge make over this year. Thanks to parents, grandparents and 'The Men's Shed' who helped out. The raised beds are now flourishing with potatoes, kale, peas, radishes and even a pumpkin.

Rath Dé ar bhur dcuid oibre go léir agus tá súil agam go mbainfidh sibh taitneamh as laethanta fada breá an tsamhraidh.

Is mise,
Patricia
